SHIPPING
At this time Wheelhouse Bike is only avalible in Canada.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery in Regina and Winnipeg. Your bike will be ready to ride upon delivery.
*Due to current services we are only able to provide doorstep delivery.
CANADA WIDE SHIPPING
We offer 2 types of shipping options across Canada.
1. Delivery (fastest): This requires basic installation of the bike. The bike is 80% built from out of the box. Our team will be available to assist over video chat at any point you might need.
2. Delivery + Assembly: Your bike will be built and delivered by one of our local service partners. It will be ready to ride upon delivery.
Once a purchase has been made, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Another email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped and is en route to your door. Check the status of your order at any time on by referring back to your confirmation emails.
RETURNS
We process orders very quickly and therefore are not able to modify or cancel any orders once they have been shipped or fulfilled for delivery.
Contact bryce@wheelhousecycleclub.com immediately with any issues or concerns regarding your order – include a photo in the email if it is regarding a damaged item.
Your Wheelhouse Bike is covered by extensive warranty backed by Stages Cycling.
At this time there is no option for returns for any bikes that are delivered assembled.
For orders that require the bike to be assembled, you may return the bike in its original box and contents. Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges. For all returned Wheelhouse BIkes there will be a 10% restocking fee.
SHIPPING
We ship within global! However, we cannot ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.
We ship through Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, Canpar.
Canada: $15 (2-7 buisness days)
USA: $35 (5-10 buisness days)
Global: TBD (10-35 buisness days)

RETURNS
We process orders very quickly and therefore are not able to modify or cancel any orders that have been placed and confirmed. Please ensure the correct size, colour and product(s) are in the cart and carefully review all shipping details before submitting an order. Wheelhouse is only responsible for processing and fulfilling orders according to the original submission with the information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Contact bryce@wheelhousecycleclub.com immediately with any issues or concerns regarding your order – include a photo in the email if it is regarding a damaged item. Please note Wheelhouse is not liable for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to the address submitted on the order.

Regular Priced Merchandise:
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to email bryce@wheelhousecyclelcub.com to arrange your return.
- Returns requested outside of the initial 14-day period will not be accepted and are considered final sale.All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged and have both the original hang tag and blue care content label attached.
Sale Items:
- Any sale items or items that are marked down are not eligible for an exchange, refund, credit, or price adjustment.
INTERNATIONAL
Regular Priced Merchandise:
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to email bryce@wheelhousecyclelcub.com to request a return.
- Returns requested outside of the initial 14-day period will not be accepted and are considered final sale.
- All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged and have both the original hang tag and blue care content label attached.

We do not offer exchanges by mail.
You can return your regular-priced merchandise for a refund and re-order the correct item/size to be mailed back to you, or visit a local studio to complete the exchange.

FAQS
How do I track my package?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and link to track updates.
How do I return or exchange an item from my order?
To set up a return online, you may do so by email bryce@wheelhousecycleclub.com. Online purchases can be exchanged at one of our studios. We are not able to provide exchanges online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
How do I find my size?
You can use our Size Guide to reference your measurements and find your perfect fit.
